Dear Dayton Freight Customer,
This time of year is always one of my favorites. I get to enjoy spending time with my kids and grandkids, and be reacquainted with my golf clubs. I hope you and your family enjoy the beautiful weather at home or wherever your vacation travels take you.
Here at Dayton Freight, we just wrapped up one of my favorite yearly meetings with our Service Center Managers. This is a great time for all of our Leaders to come together to celebrate our successes, discuss improvements and upcoming initiatives. It’s an inspiration to see all of our dedicated Leaders, who are the future of Dayton Freight. I take pride knowing our Company and customers are in great hands!
Speaking of improvements, we’ve added new trucks and trailers to our fleet, and continue to use technology to improve our internal and external communications. Our Milwaukee WI Service Center moved to a brand new state of the art 131-door facility. We expanded our footprint further west and opened a Service Center in Topeka KS, with several expansions and openings on deck for the remainder of 2019.
Several customers including Echo, HNI, Technicolor, GEODIS and Barnes & Noble recently honored Dayton Freight with top performance awards. We are truly grateful for this recognition.
