DFL is seeking college graduates or soon-to-graduate students to participate in a Management Training program to learn
all phases of service center operations: pick up and delivery, linehaul, dispatch, safety, maintenance, sales, marketing, human
resources, dock, customer service, administrative support, etc. Candidate will develop future based leadership skills:
operations management, managerial accounting, cost/volume contribution relationships, TEAM+ system, TQM, process
improvement, coaching skills, strategy and competitive advantage and develop a service center operations plan. Business Degree
required, preferred degree in Transportation and Logistics, or a strong desire to learn the transportation industry.
